Our well defined processes are structured to give you a clear flow chart on the
various project milestones from the day you sign up till the day you move in,
so that you are updated on important decisions and significant events along the
way to owning a property. We do this through project team – client interactions
as per a clearly chalked out schedule.
Contract Meeting
This is where your ownership and building experience truly begins - you will be
presented with a purchase agreement and other documents that constitute the
legal understanding regarding the purchase of your new property.
Floor Plan Design
Designed to give you a clear overview of the elements and attributes involved
in the design, selection, construction and a walk through of each phase of the
development to provide you a realistic understanding of what you can expect.
Selections Meeting
Now you can begin the exciting process of personalizing your space, with expert
guidance from our team to help you make the choices that suit you best.
Pre-Construction Orientation
You will be introduced to the production team who will review your selections
and the site plan apart from useful guidelines on safety, security and work in
progress.
Pre-Drywall Orientation
The project lead will walk you through the project prior to the installation of
the drywall, to help you gain an understanding of how the framing and
mechanical systems.
Pre-settlement Orientation
As the project nears completion, the last formally scheduled meeting with the
project lead will address important information about the project closure and
final inspection.
Finishing touch
The focus will be on your lifestyle comforts and finer details. Through
amenities and finishes, we'll create a flavorful design that is warm and
memorable and simply practical, in addition to guiding you on the latest in
